6th Annual Washington State
Hot Sauce Festival
Washington State’s hot sauce festival returns to McMillin Farm Collective in Puyallup (12517 WA-162) on July 25–26, 2026. Saturday runs 11 AM–6 PM and Sunday 11 AM–5 PM, with free admission and free parking both days. The event is sponsored by Overhead Door Company of Puget Sound.
The festival features 44 vendor booths spanning the heat spectrum from mild Shishito to fiery Scorpion, plus food trucks and a main stage. A free official app powers the experience: take a quiz to get your Hot Sauce Personality and a ranked match list of vendors, navigate booths via an interactive venue map, stack up to 20% off merch through food truck purchases, and complete five in-app steps to qualify for Sunday’s main-stage prize pack drawing.
